Also my first ever madness animation was all on 1 layer, it sucked so bad.. or was it 2 layers... I think one for the b/g and another for all the people....

Great short, but didn't you pretty much just copy what happend in episode 1, but turned it into flash, and make it look madnessy?

It was ok, but i would f prefered more length, and a better frame rate.

try adding more layers, and grouping layers, and making the frames per second more, like say 20, or even 30. i personal use 33, mjuch more fluent looking. so mabey you might wanna give it a try :p
